Refund policy
We offer a 30-day refund and exchange policy if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase. For refunds, you can return the item to us. To exchange the item, please message us the size, colour, or style you wish to exchange it for, and we will send out the replacement once we have received the previous pair(s).
PLEASE NOTE: All items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Additionally, we do not offer warranties or guarantees for these shoes. We only accept returns for items with manufacturing defects(unworn items) or shipping errors within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ahfootwear.co.uk If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Bulk & B2B Orders
Bulk orders of 5 pairs or more placed by B2B customers are not eligible for refunds.
We do make exceptions for manufacturing defects. Any defects must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
CLEARANCE STOCK!
Any stock sold at discounted clearance prices can not be returned and will not be refunded if it is. If the product is defective and you inform us within 7 days, we will accept it back and a refund will be issued upon a careful assessment to determine that the fault is genuine (manufacturer defect)
